Just routine

A friend emailed me the other day, and asked why I haven't posted in a while. I had to reply that yes, we are safely parked and not doing that much so here is our typical routine of the day while we are at home:

Get up in the morning, have coffee.

Let the dog out.

Let the dog in.

Get the mail, pay bills.

Read a book.

Let the dog out.

Do some chores.

Let the dog in.

Let the dog out.

Check email, Facebook, return phone calls.

Let the dog in.

Eat lunch.

Talk about what to eat for dinner.

So some planning for the next trip.

Let the dog out.

Let the dog in.

Have dinner, watch the news (or right now, the Olympics)

Go to bed

Start all over again.

So, not a whole lot worth blogging about, at least not on a daily basis.  And the dog wants me to tell you that he really does not take up half the day, as mostly he just sleeps.  Yes, with his eyes open.
